Privacy and our subscribers right to privacy is a core belief of Aiirmesh Communications. In order to ensure your understanding of our position concerning your privacy we have created this Privacy Policy to clarify any questions.

The Aiirmesh Privacy Policy explains how we collect your information, the records we keep and how that information is used.

Subscribers are required to provide complete and accurate information detailing their name, address, telephone number, preferred email contact and credit card or other payment information. This information is retained and used to identify you as a current or previous subscriber and properly verify billing information and process service fees. Additionally we use this information to contact you should a problem arise with your account.

We do not ask for demographic information that identifies you as a subscriber for any reason. We do not collect Social Security, passport or drivers license numbers. Further, we do not use information collected from you for any other purpose other than to provide internet access service.

Aiirmesh does not share your information for any purpose with any advertiser, third-party marketing entity or use it to customize service offerings. The only use of this information is for service and billing purposes.

Aiirmesh subscribers will be notified of new service offerings, or changes in service offerings, via email or on the service logon page. We believe it’s essential that you are aware of changes in Aiirmesh service so you can better chose your internet provider. We will not use your personal telephone information to contact you about service changes.

Aiirmesh Communications reserves the right to use personal subscriber information to contact you regarding violation of our End User License Agreement (provide link) and we retain the right to use this information to bring action, including legal action to prevent abuse of our services or to protect Aiirmesh Communications from any violation of our policies. Further, Aiirmesh will cooperate and provide otherwise confidential user information to law enforcement agencies but only upon presentation and examination of legally constituted court documents requiring disclosure of this information.

This Privacy Policy is subject to change. We will post any change in this policy on our Aiirmesh website www.aiirmesh.com and we will notify all users of this change on the service logon screen.
